The cream cheese is ripend for a full 24 hours before draining the whey. You get a full 200g of solid, flavoursome and decadent cream cheese in every tub – no whey to bulk up weight. The cheese is ideal on crackers or toast with a sprinkling of flavoured salt just to give it that extra zing!
