A interesting & new spin on this cheese is to dust it with roast coriander powder straight from the spice mill after roasting. It is delicious when lightly fried, dry fried or melted over roasted vegetables – yes – it melts! 

This Halloumi can also be frozen, so stock up for when those uninvited guests stand at your door.

• All cheeses must be tightly wrapped in foil after removing from vac-pac
• Cheeses may be a little damp when removing from vac-pac. Leave open in the fridge for a few hours to dry, if desired - otherwise they are ready to eat
• If exposed to air in the fridge, the cheese may darken - as if bruised. This does not mean your cheese if bad! Look after it better!
