All infused oils are made with late season EVOO. The oil is softer and lighter in flavour and therefore does not clash with the aroma it is infused with. They are all made with a natural extract and are therefore intense in flavour and only needed as seasoning after your food has been prepared.

This oil carries the nickname ‘Biltong Oil’. This because it is one of the ingredients used to marinade Biltong in and is also often used when making boerewors.

It is incredibly popular and goes well with any kind of meat such as boerewors or lamb, but can also be used in Asian dishes, such as Asian broths or stir-fry's, and then garnished with fresh coriander on top.
