Oli d' Olivia is an organic Olive Oil from Hout Bay in the Western Cape. A small business in Hout Bay and run by Samantha Roeloffze which produces organic olives and extra virgin olive oil.
The olives were harvested from trees well over 110 years old. The Kalamata Olive trees were successfully transplanted from their olive grove in Hout Bay (now a housing estate), to Hout Bay Vineyards where they now thrive and produce an abundance of Olives. after harvest, the olives are cold pressed and then blended to create the Organic Oli d’ Olivia Olive Oil.
