At Rockvale Cheesery all cheeses are made through traditional cheesemaking methods which do not require any chemical additives to speed up the aging process and they don't add any preservatives to increase the shelf life.

The processes are time and labour intensive, but the quality of the product speaks for itself, you can taste it is real.  Through their passion, they patiently create cheese, that is naturally delicious! 

Containing red wine and aged for a minimum of 4 months, its delicious and creamy when cut, with a unique red wine aroma & flavour.
