Using full cream Jersey milk and traditional methods, Stonehouse Cheese aims to manufacture fantastic boutique cheeses for food lovers all over South Africa. Their specialty is white mold cheeses like Camembert & Brie but also flavoured Semi Soft cheeses (Salmo Espiral) and a Creamy Cheddar.
An every day Table cheese made with full cream Jersey milk, matured for about a month but with the possibility to extend to 3 months. Packaged while cheese contains some whey to prevent cheese from drying out.
Available in 4 delicious varieties. Cajun, Garlic&Chives, Italian Herbs and Black Pepper.
