A fee of between R 55 and R 125 (local delivery in Cape Town Metro) is charged for home and work delivery. The fee is calculated on distance from our depot (Parklands), so please remember to provide the correct postal code when adding your delivery details.     

Due to the increase in fuel prices, we are no longer able to offer free deliver of orders over a certain amount. All orders have a minimal delivery fee.

Please allow a minimum of 24 hours to sort, pack and deliver your goods. You will be notified by email or sms once your order is being sent out for delivery.

For deliveries to outlying towns (Velddrif, Malmesbury, Paarl, Franschhoek, Somerset West, Hermanus etc.) we make use of a local courier service. Charge per order is between R 85 and R 130 per order (max. 10kg parcel).

Please note: Certain items excluded from this rate (fresh vegetables, eggs, breads & etc.)

Collection:

You can collect from us at 15 Hamilton Close, Parklands. Please select the ‘pick up’ field under ‘delivery method’ at checkout and we will arrange a suitable time for you to collect.
