A fee of between R 65 and R 180 (local delivery in Cape Town Metro) is charged for home and work delivery. The fee is calculated on distance from our depot (Parklands), so please remember to provide the correct postal code when adding your delivery details.     

Please allow a minimum of 24 hours to sort, pack and deliver your goods. You will be notified by email or sms once your order is being sent out for delivery.

For Shipping to outlying towns we make use of a local courier service. Charges range between R 99 and R 165 per order (max. 10kg parcel).

We also offer shipping with PUDO, either to your preferred Locker or directly to your Door. Prices calculated on the weight of your order.

Please note: Certain items excluded from this rate (fresh vegetables, eggs, breads & etc.)

Collection:

You can collect from us at 15 Hamilton Close, Parklands. Please select the ‘pick up’ field under ‘delivery method’ at checkout and we will arrange a suitable time for you to collect.
