At Rockvale Cheesery all cheeses are made through traditional cheesemaking methods which do not require any chemical additives to speed up the aging process and they don't add any preservatives to increase the shelf life.

The processes are time and labour intensive, but the quality of the product speaks for itself, you can taste it is real.  Through their passion, they patiently create cheese, that is naturally delicious! 

Traditional Goats Cheese which can be likened to cream cheese.  The Chevre is creamy, fresh and delicious! This soft curd cheese is low in salt with a spreadable texture. Great on a cheese platter with crackers and preserves or use in savory dishes and salads.
