Koperfontein Tuisprodukte is a small family run business situated just outside the small town of Hopefield in the Western Cape. Like with so many other small businesses, Koperfontein started out as a hobby suppling the surrounding community with traditional 'boerekos'. Only small batches of each product are produced to ensure the best quality.

Chilli Chow can be compared to home-made spicy ketchup! This tomato-based relish has just the right amount of red chillies added to give it some heat. The Chilli Chow is ideal to beef up a hot dog or hamburger and can just as easily be used to spread on your pizza base instead of the tomato paste.
