Koperfontein Tuisprodukte is a small family run business situated just outside the small town of Hopefield in the Western Cape. Like with so many other small businesses, Koperfontein started out as a hobby suppling the surrounding community with traditional 'boerekos'. Only small batches of each product are produced to ensure the best quality.

Only fresh Pineapples, green chilli and onions are used when making this salad - and a special mix of curry powder and herbs. The curry balances the sweet of the pineapple perfectly to create a delicious ready to eat salad straight from the jar!
