The Mature Cheddar is aged for a minimum of 6 months, allowing it to fully ripen, giving it that distinctly tangy taste you expect from a mature cheddar. Ideal for on your cheese platter with your sweet preserve, in a tangy cheese sauce alternatively add a slice or two on your gourmet hamburger!
