Koperfontein Tuisprodukte is a small family run business situated just outside the small town of Hopefield in the Western Cape. Like with so many other small businesses, Koperfontein started out as a hobby suppling the surrounding community with traditional 'boerekos'. Only small batches of each product are produced to ensure the best quality.

The Kalamata Olives come from a farm near Hermon, Western Cape and are pickled in only brine and rosemary - keeping the already strong and unique taste of the Kalamata Olive.
