The Forest Hill Marisch is a delicately flavoured and creamy semi-hard cheese with popular use in pizza's, sandwiches and cheese platters. We also like to add it to our fresh green salad, adding texture and extra flavour to the dish.

Production at the cheesery is small in volume and the cheeses are all still made by hand with no machinery involved in the production process. This allows for production of boutique style, full flavoured cheeses.
