They source the Jersey milk from their family dairy. The milk is always A-grade quality, antibiotic free with no added hormones.

Sencillo is plain Gouda (Boerenkaas), a semi hard cheese that is matured for 12 -16 weeks. The cheese has a soft creamy texture with buttery undertones. It melts well and is a very easy every-day eating cheese. Works well for customers wanting something mild.
